Our chefs will prepare for you a delicious feast of Indonesian and other Asian food using all local ingredients and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. With a wide range of dishes from curries and sate to 'gado gado' and soup, our passionate chefs are constantly trying delicious new recipes to keep their food varied and flavourful. Indonesian food varies across the country and each of our chefs brings their own cooking style and flavour to the table.
We try to buy most of our fresh products at the local markets in Warloka and Labuan Bajo, utilising the fruits and vegetables that are in season. Currently, we do not serve any seafood in our resort because being just on the edge of the National Park we cannot ensure that the fish are being legally or sustainably caught.
