Our chefs will prepare for you a delicious buffet of Indonesian and other Asian food using all local ingredients and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. With a wide range of dishes from curries and sate to 'gado gado' and soup, our passionate chefs are constantly trying delicious new recipes to keep their food varied and flavourful.
We try to buy most of our products at the weekly market from the local village of Warloka. All other produce is bought from nearby Labuan Bajo. Currently we do not serve any sea food in our resort because being just on the edge of the National Park we cannot ensure that the fish are being legally caught.
Once or twice a week our trained chefs will also treat customers to an Italian night, where they'll make homemade gnocci, homemade pizza and a variety of pasta dishes for those who are looking for a Western fix!
Our chefs really do aim to please and if there are any special dietary requirements you have please let us know in advance. All meals are included in the package including a snack between dives 1 and 2 and at 5:00 PM. Tea, coffee and water is also included.
Our beautiful beach bar offers spectacular views over the surrounding islands and is a great place to catch the sunset, chill out on a bean bag and relax after your day in the National Park.
Enjoy some local beers, wine or soft drinks and relax on our custom made furniture where guests share photos and stories from the days diving! (All drinks from the bar not included in cost).
